Personal data
The data controller, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), is the publisher identified above.
The contact form collects your name, your email address and your message, for the sole purpose of answering your request. This processing relies on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Nothing is stored on this site: your message is sent to us by email, through the email delivery provider Mailjet (Sinch Mailjet SAS, France). It is kept in our inbox for no more than three years after our last exchange. If a contract follows, the related exchanges are kept for the duration of the relationship, then archived until the legal limitation periods expire, ten years at most.
Your IP address is used, in memory only, to limit abusive submissions. It also appears in the server’s technical logs, kept for its security for twelve months at most.
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, and request its restriction or portability by writing to appflow@bsbelux.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — dataprotectionauthority.be).
Cookies
This site only sets strictly necessary cookies: the one that remembers the light or dark theme, if you choose one, and the one that keeps the administration session. No audience measurement, no third-party tracker.
